Well, I'm back working disasters, this time in Mississippi for hurricane Katrina. I'm still too close to all this to have any perspective. I was disappointed in our response, and I was let down when, once back on the job, I realized that SBA had the same kind of dysfunction as FEMA. Pictures and commentary to follow.
